Visiting South Beach for the first time, as a Solo Vacation, I was strongly recommended by my Partner to visit the Delano Hotel and have Dinner at the Bianca beautiful Italian Terrace Restaurant. What an Experience it was. First thing when you come is this signature Scent - a mix of Gardenia, Lemon grass essential Oil and other mysterious blend that captivated my senses. Then, as you walk thru the hall with tall ceilings and white curtains flowing in a very chic, eclectic decor you pass by the Hotel Boutique, The Sushi Bar Restaurant, The Bar and finally as the end The Bianca Restaurant. The White decor of the terrace, the amazing pool, the garden with the little Cabin/ Bungalows and the Garden Pool Bar with access to the beach. You basically feel transported for the duration of you stay in a experience of pleasure for your senses. I had dinner at the Bianca, where the team of Ginamo, Mounir and Fernando took great attention in making it a special dinning experience. I Selected the King Salmon plate with beurre blanch served on a creamy risotto, with a balsamic reduction, a mix of fresh baby lettuce and roasted baby eggplant. A dream for the taste buds. Probably a mix of my positive energy and the place, the gentlemen attending made it very pleasant. Then came the dessert plate. If you want to PLURGE in delight, go ahead. A selection of miniature delight - Canoli, biscotti dipped in chocolate, profiterole, truffles, chocolate panache, and those miniature rounded donuts that comes with a chocolate fondue and a little almond cake with fresh fruit. Yes it was decadent pleasure, accompanied by a great glass of ice wine. But life is short and should be enjoyed. One particular attention that I noticed - they politely engaged conversation with their guests in your most natural language. The Terrace all in White is very romantic light with candlelight. You can't be bored as lots of good looking people pass by to access the Bar at the back of the Garden. ENJOYMENT!
